Chicken Porridge
Ingredient :
- 1 chicken
- 3500 cc water
- 120 gr rice
- Salt
- 2 stick lemongrass,mashed
- 2 lime leaves
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 1 grain hazelnut
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Red chili and cayenne pepper
Complement :
- Sweet soy sauce
- Meatballs, thinly sliced
- Fried Cracker
- Green onion, thinly sliced
- Chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons coriander

- Meatballs, thinly sliced
- Fried Cracker
- Green onion, thinly sliced

How to make porridge :
- Boil the chicken with 3500 cc of water until boiling, lift, strain the broth until 3000 cc
- Remove the chicken, fries and dice cut
- Cook rice with broth 2000 cc of water until pulped
How to make gravy :
- Heat oil and frying the spice was refined
- Enter the lime leaves and lemongrass
- Add the remaining stock
- Cook until the sauce simmering, remove
How to make a sauce :
- Puree the red peppers and chili sauce
- Add 2 tablespoons sauce
- Mix well
How to serve:
- Serve hot porridge, flush with the gravy, put a sprinkling of chicken, meatballs, crackers and spring onion
- Served with sweet chili sauce and soy sauce
