Making salted eggs

Ingredient :
30 duck eggs (good quality)
1,5 litre chaff ashes
1,5 litre brick powder
750 gram of salt
 water



How to make :
1. Choose a good quality eggs with smooth and bright shell. Soak for a while with water. Wash the egg shell  to clear from debris.



2. Mix the chaff ashes, brick powder, and salt. Make dough by adding water little by little to form a paste.



3. Wrap the egg with the mixture one at a time  around the surface of the egg, approximately  1 ~ 2 mm thickness
4. Store the eggs in a pot or plastic buckets for 15 days in a place that is clean and airy ,try to not  let the egg broken, keep the place clean and open.



5. After 15 days, clean the egg from the dough, wash, and drain.

6. Boiled, serve......

Herbal recipes to prevent mild fever

Here are some herbal recipes to help overcome mild fever suffered for children:

Recipes 1th
Ingredients:
red onion, cooking oil, eucalyptus oil, lemon juice (or a slightly acidic tamarind water ).
Method :
Peel the onion 2-3, wash, and grate. Take 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 / 2 tablespoon eucalyptus oil, a slice of lime water or water taken from slightly acidic tamarind water. All the ingredients are mixed.
Rules :

Ingredient :

1. Cassava

2. Yeast

3. Pot

4. Banana leaves

how to make fermented cassava :

Peeled cassava , put into the bucket and washed clean.

after being washed thoroughly with water . Put into pots, filled with water,
and steamed cassava above the stove, after cooked well-done, lift up cassava.

drained, scattered over pan and fanning wait until cold. Put yeast over the top of cassava, all cassava that have been razed with yeast put into containers that have been in place. Stored in dry clean pot, hard covered with banana leaves well. Keep for 2 or 3 days until fermented.

Chicken Porridge


Chicken Porridge

Ingredient :
- 1 chicken
- 3500 cc water
- 120 gr rice
- Salt
- 2 stick lemongrass,mashed
- 2 lime leaves
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 1 grain hazelnut
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Red chili and cayenne pepper

Complement :
- Sweet soy sauce
- Meatballs, thinly sliced
- Fried Cracker
- Green onion, thinly sliced
- Chili sauce

How to make porridge :
- Boil the chicken with 3500 cc of water until boiling, lift, strain the broth until 3000 cc
- Remove the chicken, fries and dice cut
- Cook rice with broth 2000 cc of water until pulped

How to make gravy :
- Heat oil and frying the spice was refined
- Enter the lime leaves and lemongrass
- Add the remaining stock
- Cook until the sauce simmering, remove

How to make a sauce :

How to serve:

How to make Donuts


Donuts

Materials:

* 500 gr wheat flour
* 2 eggs
* 15 grams of instant yeast (yeast)
* 100 gr sugar
* 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
* 200 ml of liquid milk
* 70 g margarine
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

How to Make:

* Mix flour and flour , baking powder and yeast, mix well.
